FAQ

  • There is a prerequisite of 3 private Pilates sessions for all new students. Please email jen@sparktb.com or call us at (813) 990-7010 to schedule your private sessions. 

  • We kindly ask that you arrive 5-7 minutes prior to the start of your session to fill out paperwork. You are welcome to wear grip socks, however they are not required for your Pilates session. The studio has Pilates straps for you to borrow and we will assist you on purchasing your own for future sessions. 

  • It is recommended to practice Pilates 2-3 times a week, however consistency is key. A student’s scheduling needs and budget is equally important in the decision.

  • Spark Pilates has a 24 hour cancellation policy for private sessions and semi-private sessions. If a client late cancels they will forfeit a single session and if a client does not communicate or show up, a $25 fee will be applied.   

    Group classes have a 4 hour cancellation policy. Any group class cancellations made after the 4 hour window will result in a loss of class from the package or membership.
